Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for Channel Strategy in the Philippines. The role focuses on gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to drive channel insights and strategic decisions.

You will build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BI, strong SQL/ETL (Alteryx), Python, and advanced visualization skills, with a proactive approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional BI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven BI Analyst experience with data modeling and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and ETL (Alteryx).
• Experience in Python for web and research tasks.
• Strong visualization and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and research methods.
• Ability to work independently across ambiguous data sources.

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Channel Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights using ETL (Alteryx).
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across all production workflows and back-end infrastructure.
• Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and SQL tables.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence.
• Use structured web research and/or AI tools to improve external data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Pull, clean, organize, and consolidate data from multiple internal dashboards and external sources into unified views to support channel strategy use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks), data engineering (SQL), and ETL (Alteryx).
• Experience in Python development for web and research.
• Strong visualization skills to build unified views.
• Familiarity with AI tools, web research, and prompt‑based research methods.
• Experience using AI research tools and ability to design/build solutions.
• Ability to work independently across ambiguous data sources and convert raw data into usable formats.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Agile experience a plus.

Location: Taguig or Cavite

Hours: Mid‑shift 5pm‑2am (local time)
