Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional BI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks), data engineering (SQL) and ETL (Alteryx).
• Experience in Python development for web and research.
• Strong visualization skills to build unified views.
• Familiarity with AI tools, web research, and prompt-based research methods.
• Experience using AI research tools and ability to design/build
• Ability to work independently across ambiguous data sources and convert raw data into usable formats.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Agile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights using ETL (Alteryx)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy in reporting across production workflows
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders
• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and SQL tables
• Stay up to date with BI industry trends and AI tools
• Use web research and AI tools to improve data collection and reporting
• Consolidate data from internal dashboards and external sources for channel strategy use cases
