Business Intelligence Senior Analyst – Manila

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our growing team in Manila. This role will primarily focus on designing, developing, and enhancing reporting capabilities through Power BI to support business decision‑making across the organization.

This role will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams to improve reporting quality, accessibility, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including:
  • Data modeling
  • DAX formulas
  • Power Query
  • Dashboard development
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and database querying
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
• Experience supporting Finance or operational reporting environments
