Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for Channel Strategy in the Philippines. The role focuses on gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to drive channel insights and strategic decisions.

You will build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BI, strong SQL/ETL (Alteryx), Python, and advanced visualization skills, with a proactive approach

Qualifications

5+ years of professional BI experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven BI Analyst experience with data modeling and reporting.
Strong proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and ETL (Alteryx).
Experience in Python for web and research tasks.
Strong visualization and communication skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and research methods.
Ability to work independently across ambiguous data sources.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into analyses and recommendations.
Validate data and ensure accuracy across reporting workflows.
Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Assist in data model design and SQL table implementation.
