Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to join a growing data‑driven team in Makati. You will gather and analyze requirements, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to drive project success.

This is a 1-year project contract with a hybrid work setup. The role emphasizes data modeling, KPI monitoring, UAT support, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to identify needs, define solutions, and drive project success.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision‑making.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking, and data reconciliation across multiple data sources.
• Develop and support data models and BI solutions to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct dashboard testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and manage user stories, requirements documentation, and project artifacts using Azure DevOps.
• Support Agile project delivery through stakeholder engagement, coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams to support reporting, analysis, and business operations.
• Coordinate meetings, project activities, communications, and schedules to ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Experience in Finance Operations, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Analytics, and Data Visualization.

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, project coordination, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Effective stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, including facilitating collaboration, managing communications, scheduling activities, and driving alignment between business and technical teams.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Technical Expertise

• Power BI Dashboard Development and Data Visualization, including designing and delivering actionable business intelligence through dashboards, data modeling, and narrative‑driven presentations that support informed decision‑making.

• Data Analysis, Reporting, and KPI Monitoring.

• Data Modeling and Business Intelligence Solutions.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Experience in data validation and reconciliation across multiple data sources.

• Experience supporting dashboard testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Basic understanding of SQL or hands‑on SQL experience.

Project and Collaboration Tools

• Azure DevOps for user story creation and requirements documentation.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Shift: Hybrid Set-up, Mid‑shift, 1 Year Project Contract
