About the role We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at our Bacoor City Cavite location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across our call centre and customer service operations. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be at the heart of our data strategy, designing and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into call centre and customer service operations

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis

• Create and optimise data models, databases, and data warehouses to support analytical and reporting needs

• Develop interactive visualisations and reports using business intelligence tools and platforms that communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner

• Monitor and troubleshoot existing BI systems to ensure optimal performance and data quality

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance with data governance policies

• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders on BI tools and reporting systems

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

What we're looking for

Core BI Skills

Advanced SQL Writing complex queries, optimizing data pipelines, and developing relational and dimensional data models.

Dashboard & Reporting Designing clean, interactive, and executive-level dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Data Warehousing Working with modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks.

Python Knowledge

Data Manipulation Using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, aggregate, and prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.

Automation & Scripting Developing Python scripts to automate repetitive workflows, data pipeline processes, and API integrations.

Ad-Hoc Analysis Leveraging libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for exploratory data analysis and statistical validation.

AI Literacy & Tooling

Prompt Engineering Crafting effective prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to generate, debug, and optimize SQL, Python, and DAX code.

AI-Assisted Coding Utilizing AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other embedded coding assistants, to accelerate development.

Automated Documentation Using Generative AI to summarize insights, document code, and translate technical outputs into business-friendly language.

AI Data Security & Privacy Maintaining awareness of data privacy, enterprise security requirements, and confidentiality considerations when using AI tools.
