Job summary

Finvivir Lending Philippines Corporation seeks a senior leader to drive commercial strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop growth campaigns, and manage loyalty programs to boost profitability and market share.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience across lending or financial services. Travel and relocation may be needed for strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, finance, economics, or related field.
• MBA or related master's degree is an advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, business development, sales/marketing.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies and loyalty programs.
• Strong data analysis, KPI management, and profitability evaluation.
• Experience with budgets and cost control.
• Exposure to financial services, lending, microfinance or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of QMS, process improvement, and project management is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP/BI tools preferred.
