Qualifications

Minimum 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services.
At least 5 years in a senior P&L or country management role.
Strong working knowledge of BSP and SEC regulations governing lending in the Philippines.

Own the full P&L of the Philippine entity and set the business line's strategic direction.
Drive performance across key metrics including loan disbursement volume and profitability.
Forge strategic alliances with banks and e-commerce platforms.
