COL Financial Group, Inc. seeks a dynamic professional to drive agent recruitment and onboarding, connecting with prospects from insurance, banking, and real estate sectors. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Training, and Operations, and keep leadership updated on progress.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in insurance-related roles, strong communication and relationship skills, and a proactive, organized mindset to build a robust agent pipeline.
Identify and connect with potential agents and business prospects from industries such as insurance, banking, and real estate.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including initial screening, documentation, coordination, and training.
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Legal, Training, and Operations to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Track onboarding progress and provide support to agents as they complete the necessary requirements and prepare for activation.
Lead information sessions, presentations, and recruitment activities to introduce agency model and opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through various sourcing and networking channels.
Conduct initial interviews and screening of prospective agents when needed.
Prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.
Support initiatives and other activities related to business development, agent recruitment, and onboarding.
Perform other related duties that contribute to business development and onboarding objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in business development, agency development, distribution, bancassurance, partnership development, or a similar function.
Experience in recruiting, developing, onboarding, or supporting insurance agents, financial advisors, agencies, or business partners is an advantage.
Candidates with experience primarily as an insurance agent or financial advisor are not preferred for this role.
Relevant certifications such as CUSP, CIS, or CSR are preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Strong relationship-building, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, reliable, proactive, and results-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); familiarity with basic graphic design or presentation tools is a plus.
Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
