Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Development Representative in a hybrid role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will support the execution of BD strategies, identify prospects by calls and emails, and prepare proposals for client meetings.

Responsibilities include lead qualification, scheduling with the BD team, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with sales to meet targets. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Position Overview

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and marketing enquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
