Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Business Development Associate in Eastwood, Quezon City, operating on a hybrid setup with a day shift. You will support development strategies, identify prospects via calls and emails, prepare client materials, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's in International Business, excellent English and Tagalog communication, and strong teamwork and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and marketing inquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
