MicroSourcing is hiring a Business Development Associate in Eastwood, Quezon City, for a hybrid day-shift setup. You will support BD strategy, identify prospects, prepare client materials, and manage CRM records while collaborating with the sales team to drive opportunities.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's in International Business with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English and Tagalog is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and marketing enquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
