Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an organized and proactive Business Development/Sales Admin to support the sales team by coordinating appointments, preparing client presentations, and handling day-to-day admin tasks that keep the sales pipeline moving.
The role involves scheduling meetings, updating PowerPoint decks and proposals, maintaining the CRM, coordinating with marketing, operations and finance, and generating regular sales reports.
About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Business Development/Sales Admin to support the sales team by coordinating business appointments, preparing client-facing presentations, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the sales pipeline moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm business meetings and client appointments for the sales/BD team
Prepare, format, and update PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for client meetings
Assist in preparing sales materials, quotations, and basic contract documents
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to gather information needed for client presentations
Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending client requirements
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and activity summaries
Organize travel arrangements and logistics for client visits when needed
Manage calendars, send meeting reminders, and reschedule appointments as needed
Respond to client inquiries via email/phone and route them to the appropriate team member
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Professional demeanor for client-facing coordination
Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
