You will own end-to-end outreach, build relationships with key contacts, and work with Marketing and Operations to deliver competitive proposals and smooth client transitions. On-site during the initial months with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in lead generation, business development, client acquisition, B2B sales, corporate sales, account management, staff augmentation or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft outreach messages; strong interpersonal skills and active listening.

• End-to-end sales and marketing process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the system.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new clients and boost sales.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client contacts; regular client touch bases.
