Job Overview

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
• Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support business development initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, sales, and revenue growth.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBApreferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with required prior experience with Personal care, Home care and other non-food raw materials.
• Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
