Job summary

Lennor Group, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives across client bases. You will help execute campaigns, analyze market data, and contribute to tenant acquisition and property visibility.

Reporting to the Executive Director – Administration and Corporate Planning, you will collaborate with the Admin Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, data-driven marketing activities for mall operations in Alabang/Makati. Day shift onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3 years of proven marketing experience, including strategic and tactical activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience with social media marketing and analytics.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Conceptualize and implement marketing plans for mall operations and tenant engagement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, tenants, and event partners.
• Monitor budget and ensure proper expenditure aligned with approved plans.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management review.

About the Role:

The Marketing Assistant will support and implement marketing initiatives for the clients base of operations. The role involves executing marketing strategies, monitoring market and performance data, andsupporting initiatives that drive tenant acquisition, property visibility, and business growth.The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Executive Director – Administration and CorporatePlanning, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Gathering & Analysis
  • Collects and analyzes market trends, competitor activities.
  • Generates and submits reports and provides recommendations based on data gathered to guide marketing strategies and relevant marketing plan.
• Marketing Plans & Execution
  • Conceptualizes and implements marketing plans for mall operations and tenant engagement.
  • Plans and executes family-centric promotional activities, seasonal events, and campaigns to liven the atmosphere and support our patrons.
  • Works closely with the mall operations team in the execution of activities and events.
• Third Party Coordination and Monitoring
  • Coordinates with suppliers, tenants, and event partners for promotions and activations.
  • Supports the tenants to further promote their offerings and services.
  • Monitors the quality of output and timely turnover of requirements from all relevant third parties.
• Budget Management
  • Budget Planning: Prepares and submit budgetary requirements as per defined schedule of company or as necessary
  • Ensures proper appropriations of marketing budget and expenditures based on approved activities and events.
  • Processes all required purchases and payment requests.
  • Handles liquidation of marketing expenses and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
  • Monitor marketing budget utilization, track expenditures against approved allocations, and provide timely reports and recommendations to ensure cost-effective spending and budget compliance.
• General Duties
  • Develops, consolidates, and presents dashboards and reports to the immediate head.
  • Ensures compliance with all company and local government unit’s policies.
  • Supports the department during internal and external audit.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in Marketing that will improve the department’s processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
• 3 years of Proven background in marketing, i.e. strategic and tactical, business development and budget planning.
• Operation and navigation of Microsoft Office/ 365 (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) and/or Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
• Operation and navigation of Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Capcut or similar tools.
• Basic graphic design tool proficiencies such as Adobe Photoshop or similar editing software and digital marketing tools and analytics. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
• Operational and navigational proficiency with Video Conferencing Applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, and data-driven campaign analysis to optimize brand visibility and performance.
• Creative, resourceful, and experienced in social media marketing; able to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects effectively with minimal supervision.
