The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving a signed & financial close for a 50MWdc goal by 2026 and driving significant year-on-year growth through 2028. This position offers a hybrid work model and a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a signed & financial close of 50MWdc in 2026.
• Achieve 50% year-on-year MW growth through 2028.
• Develop a scalable and disciplined commercial engine.
• Leading and developing a high-performance BD team.
• Align MW pacing with capital deployment capacity.
• Maintain sector diversification to reduce concentration risk.
• Approve commercial memos prior to PPA execution.
• Monitor concentration and credit exposure.
• Set 15MWdc baseline FC target per BDM (2026).
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Coach team on commercial structuring discipline.

Job Description

1. ROLE PURPOSE

The Head of Business Development is the commercial leader and growth architect of the company's Solar C&I PPA business unit.

1.The HoBD is accountable for:

• Delivering 50MWdc Signed & Financial Close (FC) in 2026
• Achieving 50% year-on-year MW growth through 2028
• Institutionalizing a scalable and disciplined commercial engine
• Leading and developing a high-performance BD team

2. STRATEGIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

The HoBD owns five structural pillars:

• Revenue & Financial Close Delivery
• Commercial Governance & Risk Control

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Business Unit Revenue Delivery

• Align MW pacing with capital deployment capacity
• Maintain sector diversification to reduce concentration risk
• Approve commercial memos prior to PPA execution
• Monitor concentration and credit exposure
• Set 15MWdc baseline FC target per BDM (2026)
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
• Coach team on commercial structuring discipline
