As the Business Development Manager at Cepat Kredit Financing, you will be responsible for fostering and managing corporate relationships within the OFW Loans and Seaman Loans sectors. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth, boost loan applications, and generate revenue by developing strategic B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, such as financial institutions, organizations, and influencers, in the OFW and Seaman loan sectors.
• Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase loan applications.
• Team Management: Lead and support the business development team, set clear targets, and ensure that performance goals are achieved.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to assess campaign performance and refine strategies to drive better results.
• B2B Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business development or sales, particularly in financial services or loans, with a focus on OFW or Seaman Loans.
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Leadership: Strong capability to guide and motivate a team, driving them toward achieving business goals.
• Strategic Thinking: A results-oriented approach, with the ability to implement data-driven solutions to improve sales performance.
