We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Supervisor to join our growing team. As part of the Affiliate Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to expand the reach of our OFW loan products. What You’ll Achieve in This Role:

Strategic Affiliate Partnerships: Lead the charge in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-potential affiliate partners (e.g., OFW/Seafarer influencers, vloggers, financial advisors, and remittance partners). Build long-term relationships that drive results and revenue growth.
Innovative Campaigns: Execute data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and improving conversion rates. Be a key player in developing creative promotional campaigns and seasonal offers that resonate with target audiences.
Growth-Oriented Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to develop impactful assets (social media posts, email templates, ad banners, etc.) that affiliates can leverage to engage their audiences and amplify brand reach.
Affiliate Engagement & Optimization: Foster and maintain meaningful partnerships by regularly communicating with affiliates to keep them motivated and on track to meet goals. Proactively identify underperforming affiliates and implement reactivation or improvement strategies to optimize productivity.
Insight-Driven Reporting: Utilize affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Present monthly reports with key metrics, successes, and future action plans.
Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of affiliate marketing trends, analyze competitor programs, and explore emerging digital tools to ensure your strategies are cutting-edge and drive continuous improvement.
