The Business Development Manager supports the Business Development Senior Manager in driving growth and profitability by expanding services with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth coordination with operations. It also involves leading and managing the team, overseeing departmental activities, and conducting market and financial analysis to provide strategic business insights and growth recommendations to Senior Management.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
