Job summary

Green Asian Food Philippines, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and ensure strong in-market execution across all channels within the Iloilo City territory.

You will partner with distributors, lead field sales teams, implement trade marketing programs, analyze market trends, and optimize product availability and merchandising to boost sell-out and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory
• Partner closely with distributors to strengthen sell-out execution, improve throughput, and maximize off-take at outlet level
• Manage and develop distributor partnerships to ensure efficient operations and market coverage
• Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams to ensure high performance and execution excellence
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and channel strategies effectively to accelerate sell-out
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising across outlets to drive consumer purchase
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify sell-out growth opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock issues and support continuous sell-out
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and trade partners

Job description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and execution excellence within the assigned territory. A key priority of this role is to support and enable distributors in driving sell-out performance, ensuring strong in-market execution across all channels. This role involves managing distributor operations, leading field sales teams, and ensuring strong in-market presence. The BDM plays a critical role in translating business strategies into actionable plans that deliver results.
