Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and execution excellence within the assigned territory. A key priority of this role is to support and enable distributors in driving sell-out performance, ensuring strong in-market execution across all channels. This role involves managing distributor operations, leading field sales teams, and ensuring strong in-market presence. The ASM plays a critical role in translating business strategies into actionable plans that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory Partner closely with distributors to strengthen sell-out execution, improve throughput, and maximize off-take at outlet level
• Manage and develop distributor partnerships to ensure efficient operations and market coverage Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams to ensure high performance and execution excellence
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and channel strategies effectively to accelerate sell-out Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising across outlets to drive consumer purchase
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify sell-out growth opportunities Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock issues and support continuous sell-out
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and trade partners Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and trade guidelines
