• Champion agency activation, productivity, and development with Home Office.
• Support Agency Leaders to boost activation and productivity via Sales Builder.
• Lead recruitment initiatives including Business Opportunity Programs.
• Coach agencies on compensation schemes and career paths.
• Oversee agency operations and communicate policies, campaigns, and updates.
• Guide Advisors/Leaders Training Roadmap and MDRT development.
• Gather insights and feedback to improve internal processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Champion and drive agency activation, productivity, and development in collaboration with the Home Office.
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation and productivity within their respective agencies/units through Sales Builder and support leadership development through regular Business Reviews.
• Execute quality recruitment initiatives, including Business Opportunity Programs, and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to support agency expansion and growth.
• Facilitate orientations and provide coaching to agencies on effectively understanding and maximizing the agency compensation scheme and career development pathways.
• Oversee agency operations within the assigned sector, including agency team meetings, to ensure effective communication of company policies, sales incentives, promotional campaigns, product marketing initiatives, performance updates, and other key business information.
• Conduct orientations and coach agencies on utilizing the Advisor and Leader Training Roadmap, supporting Agency Leaders in developing Advisors toward MDRT achievement and building a pipeline of future Agency Leaders.
• Gather and provide relevant agency insights and feedback to internal teams based on day-to-day observations, agency performance, and stakeholder feedback.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
