The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent, at least 5 years in channel sales/management, and proven skills in dealer development, product management, and negotiation to close bulk deals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Channel Sales/Management.
• Channel network in Printing or IT Industry.
• Dealer/Distributor development skills.
• Product Management and Marketing communication experience.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for bulk deals.
• Clear, compelling communications with leadership for dealer AMs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve periodic sales targets through Channel Partner business.
• Train Dealer Account Managers and relevant personnel.
• Manage Dealer Account Manager's sales and brand related activities.
• Ensure Channel Partners' deals are closed, especially bulk deals.
• Endorse Special Pricing Requests by Channel Partners.
• Lead product demonstrations and partner enablement.
• Develop new Channel Partners where needed.
• Review Channel Partners' performance against standards.
• Plan and execute channel programs aligned to product focus.
• Support lead generation activities for the channel business.

About the role

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Philippines is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to achieve periodic sales targets through business from Channel Partners, manage dealer relationships, and drive channel development across the Philippine market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve periodic sales targets set by the company through Channel Partner business
• Train Dealer Account Managers and relevant personnel with knowledge needed to carry out business between the company and Channel Partners
• Manage Dealer Account Manager's sales and brand related daily, weekly, and monthly activities
• Ensure Channel Partners' deals are closed and completed, especially bulk deals that make significant impact to the company
• Manage and endorse Special Pricing Requests by Channel Partners
• Lead demonstration activities
• Develop new Channel Partners where needed or as directed by Management
• Review assigned Channel Partners' performance based on agreed parameters and company standards
• Manage plans and programs set for each Channel Partner in reference to products of concentration versus their target markets and territories
• Help create and execute lead generation activities for the company's Channel Business

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Channel Sales/Management
• Channel Network in Printing or IT Industry
• Dealer/Distributor development skills
