Job summary

HireMe.ph in Laguna, Cabuyao, Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative responsible for promoting company products, scouting for prospective clients, and supporting the sales cycle from introduction to close. The role emphasizes relationship building and execution of sales campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager, deliver sales presentations, handle inquiries, and prepare management reports such as monthly forecasts and sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Scouts for prospective clients, sets meetings, introduces products by phone or in person, conducts sales blitz when warranted.
• Scope of Work: not less than 30% of the total sales target, may include key corporate accounts.
• Works closely with the Business Devt Manager to collect information for market analysis, assess market trends and changing demands of the target market.
• Client Feedback
• Competitor Products, Prices, Terms of Reference
• Execute launch of new products and scouting for business prospects for new products
• Solicits feedback on current products and services
• Monitors production commitments regarding client orders and requirements, concerns and complaints
• Replacements of defective stocks
• Other matters
• Urgently attends to client inquiries, requests and concerns, thereby maintaining good long-term partnerships with clients
• Conducts sales presentations, ensuring a productive closing of sales
• Prepares reports to management like: Liquidation report
• Sales Itineraries
• Accomplishment/Productivity Report
• Weekly Mancom Report
• Monthly Sales Report

BASIC FUNCTION

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Scouts for prospective clients, sets meetings, introduces the products and services by phone or directly in person, conducts sales blitz when warranted;


2. Scope of Work: Not less than 30% of the total sales target, may be assigned with key corporate accounts
