Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Business Development Administrator in Ermita, Manila as a full-time role to support growth objectives through planning, coordination, and monitoring of development initiatives, events, and marketing engagement.

You will manage event logistics, track opportunities through the sales pipeline from lead generation to bid submission, and collaborate with marketing to produce promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• At least 2 years in event coordination or marketing support.
• Experience with leads, bids, or pipeline tracking.
• Driver's license preferred; fieldwork possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute business development activities, events, trade shows, exhibits.
• Ensure completion of event requirements, permits, registrations, and logistics with marketing.
• Track and monitor opportunities from lead generation to bid submission and sales conversion.
• Coordinate production, deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
