Responsibilities

• Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories.
• Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability; generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans.
• Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation; leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers.
• Collaborate with seller market teams to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories.
• Act as point of contact for operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required.
