Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to generate qualified leads, build relationships with businesses, and drive the adoption of HR and Payroll solutions across the Philippines.

If you’re passionate about sales, prospecting, and turning opportunities into business, we’d love to hear from you. You will prospect via outbound campaigns, convert inquiries into opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to hit growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience generating leads for HR and payroll solutions, SaaS, or business services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience generating leads for HR Solutions, Payroll Solutions, HRIS, SaaS, or Business Services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lead generation tools.
