Optimove Multiservices Corp. is seeking a Business Development Analyst in Metro Manila to support new business opportunities by researching potential clients, crafting accurate cost proposals, and coordinating with various departments.

The role emphasizes ongoing client communication and contract management. The candidate will work with the Business Development Manager, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide variance analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or other related course.
• At least two (2) years in Business Development or Finance; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients to understand needs and offer resolutions.
• Analyzes scope of work, head counts, provisions, and terms to prepare cost proposals for new or renewing BUs.
• Acts as the point of contact for Operations, Finance and HR for process guidelines and compliance.
• Assists BDM and Finance BP in providing budgets and forecasts for existing and target BUs.
• Assists in preparing variance analyses versus budget per BU.
• Monitors monthly operating expenses per cost center and per BU to ensure spending within budget.
• Assists in monitoring outstanding receivables from BU and maintains contract and report databases.
• Performs other activities as assigned by superiors.

Job description

The Business Development Analyst, directly reporting to Business Development Manager (BDM), supports the new business opportunities by researching pottention clients, creating accurate cost proposal by coordinating with other department’s need and providing ongoing communication and support to clients and contract management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients to understand their needs and offer resolutions to their problems.
• Analyzes scope of work requirements, head counts, special provisions, and terms and conditions, additional scope of work to provide accurate cost proposal for new business units (Bus) or renewing BUs.
• Point of contact of Operations, Finance and HR department for process guidelines and orientation to ensure compliance with the scope of service and applicable rules and regulation of the government.
• Assists BDM and Finance BP in providing budget and forecast for existing and target new BUs.
• Assists BDM and Finance BP in preparing detailed variance analysis versus budget per BU.
• Assist BDM and Finance BP in analyzing monthly operating expenses per cost center and per BU to ensure that spending is within the budget.
• Assists BDM and Finance BP to monitors outstanding receivables from BU
• Assists BDM in the management of existing partnerships, contract, database and reports
• Perform other activities that may be assigned by superior/s

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or other related course
• With at least two (2) years of working experience in Business Development Department or Finance, with supervisory experience is a plus
