We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven to grow our brand presence, build strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). This role combines business development, influencer outreach, and campaign execution to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (BD)

• Identify and recruit potential KOLs and KOCs for TikTok campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers.
• Coordinate with TikTok creators for product promotions and campaigns.
• Source and develop new brand and business opportunities.
• Negotiate campaign rates, deliverables, and partnerships.
• Monitor creator performance and campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, creators, and social commerce opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience working with influencers/KOCs is a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively with KOCs through calls and various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
