Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks a diligent System Specialist to maintain and optimize the Yana DMS across dealer operations. You will map workflows with stakeholders, support data migration and integration, and provide user training during rollout and implementation.

You will gather operational requirements, ensure ERP systems align with business standards, and identify risks with proposals for improvements while supporting post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in requirement definition and implementation of major business applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience with end-user training, data cleansing, and utilization.
• Detail-oriented with strong business process acuity.

About the role

This role involves maintaining and optimizing the Yana DMS system according to business unit standards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on workflow mapping, and supporting the rollout and implementation of Yana DMS across dealer operations. You will gather operational requirements, support data migration and integration, and provide functional support to key users during system implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization
• Perform data cleansing and utilization
• Provide post-implementation system training and orientation for key users and end users
• Identify system risks and propose system improvements
• Gather dealer operational requirements and identify critical points in dealer business processes
• Support with data migration and integration
• Deliver system implementation and functional support to dealer key users
• Contribute to efficient planning of system implementation-related activities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, or any related course
• 3 years' experience in Requirement definition and Implementation of major business applications and ERP systems (ex., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
