Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Solution Architect to translate requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations and the surrounding application landscape. You will craft functional and solution design documents and work with developers to implement integrations.

You will map data, conduct fit-gap analyses, create test artifacts, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Translate how requirements will be built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the system / application built on it
• Create functional design document and solution design document
• Support data mapping
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop reasonable working alternatives
• Work with developers to resolve defects arising from system testing and user acceptance testing
• Conduct demo of proposed or delivered solution to Project Stakeholders
• Assist in developing Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Data
• Review and prepare required documentations needed to deploy solutions to production environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading the analysis, design, and implementation of complex enterprise systems and applications for D365 CRM with multiple integration touchpoints across internal and external platforms, including APIs, middleware, cloud services, and third-party vendor solutions.
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions, balancing business objectives, technical constraints, operational needs, and long-term strategic goals.
• Extensive experience conducting business process analysis, gap assessments, impact analysis, feasibility studies, solution evaluations, and recommendation of optimal technology approaches to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to produce comprehensive functional, technical, and solution design documentation, including but not limited to Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Solution Design Documents (SDD), Integration Design Documents (IDD), Data Mapping Specifications, Sequence Diagrams, Process Flows, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Architecture Diagrams, and System Interface Specifications.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end system integration patterns, data transformation, API design principles, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration frameworks to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and project managers to drive solution alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions, while effectively managing expectations and resolving conflicting business and technical priorities.
• Proven experience defining test strategies, developing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and validating solution outcomes against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, assess system impacts, and provide practicalrecommendations for resolution and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting project delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring solution quality, traceability, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to documentation quality, solution integrity, governance standards, and delivery excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and related cloud technologies.
• Experience with similar CRM, low-code, integration, and cloud platforms will also be considered.
• Experience participating in solution reviews, architecture discussions, vendor evaluations, and technology assessments, providing recommendations that align with business strategy and enterprise standards
