Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales modules.
• Strong CRM process understanding and requirements analysis.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows and security.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Nice-to-have: CS Workspace, Omnichannel, Power Apps and broader Power Platform.
