Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a senior ERP configuration and data management leader based in Taguig, Philippines. You will manage the Yana DMS system, oversee ERP rollouts for dealers, and head the Data Management Section, aligning processes with business goals.

The role requires expertise in ERP configurations (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365), budgeting, forecasting, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver optimized workflows and reliable data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3 years' experience in requirement definition and implementation of major business applications and ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and workflow setup of ERP focusing on financial accounting, such as general ledger, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Assets, and financial reports.
• Develop ERP system rollout and implementation plan for dealers.
• Conduct ERP system training and support for dealer end-users.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization.
• Handle ERP system data migration and integration.
• Lead department budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Develop plans for section improvement according to departmental objectives.
• Lead section members and oversee all tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor section member KPIs and prepare rating summaries.
• Provide weekly reporting of section activities and performance to management.
