Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks a diligent System Specialist to maintain and optimize the Yana DMS across dealer operations. You will map workflows with stakeholders, support data migration and integration, and provide user training during rollout and implementation.

You will gather operational requirements, ensure ERP systems align with business standards, and identify risks with proposals for improvements while supporting post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in requirement definition and implementation of major business applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience with end-user training, data cleansing, and utilization.
• Detail-oriented with strong business process acuity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system flow according to business unit standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization.
• Perform data cleansing and utilization.
• Provide post-implementation system training for key users.
• Identify system risks and propose improvements.
• Gather dealer operational requirements and critical points in processes.
