Qualifications include Senior High School or equivalent with IT/business relevance, strong MS Office skills, and a good sense of responsibility. Weekend availability (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) is required for assigned shifts.

About the role

The Business System Support provides system support across all existing organizational platforms, resolving issues as defined by the OPC Manager. This role ensures compliance with documented workflows and approved workarounds.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for various system platforms, specifically ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
• Follow established system workflows and instructions from immediate supervisors
• Accurately document issues encountered during system support
• Communicate effectively with different types of people
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes
• Perform tasks relevant to the role and other responsibilities assigned for the benefit of departmental operations
• Be available to fulfill weekend responsibilities on a fixed schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About you

• Graduate of Senior High School, a 2-year vocational course, or a relevant business or IT-related course
• High school graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
