Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Business Application Analyst to support operations by identifying process improvements and leveraging technology to meet business needs. You will bridge business users and technical teams to ensure effective implementation, support, and enhancement of business applications.

Responsibilities include handling application issues, gathering requirements, documenting BRDs, coordinating testing, and producing SOPs and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years in application support, business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business applications, ticketing systems, and testing processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for application-related issues, system requests, and user inquiries.
• Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of BRDs.
• Coordinate with developers and users during system testing, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Support system implementation, user training, and post-deployment activities.
