Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to drive digital transformation by identifying process improvements, translating business needs into technology solutions, and delivering data-driven insights through reports and dashboards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance systems, automate processes, develop reports, and support testing, UAT, and adoption across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, or reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard development; Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and technology enablement.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and business insights for decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing and implementation activities.
• Conduct UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Recommend improvements based on user feedback, operational challenges, and system performance.
• Assist in change management, user training, documentation, and solution adoption.
• Prepare project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
