Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Business Application Analyst to support operations by identifying process improvements and leveraging technology to meet business needs. You will bridge business users and technical teams to ensure effective implementation, support, and enhancement of business applications.

Responsibilities include handling application issues, gathering requirements, documenting BRDs, coordinating testing, and producing SOPs and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years in application support, business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business applications, ticketing systems, and testing processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications
