Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. in the Philippines seeks an IT Application Support & Services leader to helm the HR, Finance, and Treasury platforms, overseeing end-to-end project delivery from requirements through go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in IT application management, enterprise system administration, and cross functional project management.
• Extensive experience leading SIT/UAT execution for HR and Finance systems.
• Proficiency in enterprise ERP/HRIS configuration (e.g., Oracle, Darwinbox), database management (SQL), process automation (Power Apps), and data visualization (Power BI).

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end project management for HR and Finance system implementations and migrations, guiding them through SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
• Manage and execute all system enhancements and change requests specifically tailored for HR and Finance platforms.
• Provide first-line technical assistance and issue resolution for HR, Finance, and Treasury systems.
• Coordinate and communicate with third-party support vendors for HR and Finance systems to facilitate necessary configurations, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Design automated workflows, SLA-driven ticketing frameworks, and business requirements documents to streamline inter-departmental requests.
• Coordinate technical alignment, file structure specifications, and host-to-host integrations with third party vendors and banking partners.
