Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate needs to requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; familiar with Visio/UML process flows.
Curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear requirements from client information.
Contribute accurate specifications, flows, and implementation details for development.
Support testing, validate functionality, and resolve issues before rollout.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with payment security standards.
Track progress and communicate risks to keep stakeholders aligned.
