Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I to join our Business Analysis Team and translate client needs into clear system requirements that enable secure, user-focused technology solutions for global commerce.

You will work with analysts, developers, clients, and internal teams, building expertise in requirements gathering, process design, testing, and implementation while contributing to improved operations and end-user experiences across our platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate them to development teams.
Contribute to accurate specifications, process flows, screen definitions, and implementation requirements.
Support system testing, validate functionality, and help resolve issues before deployment.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards, including PCI requirements.
Track progress and communicate risks to stakeholders to support on-time delivery.
