Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Business Analyst I in Manila to translate business needs into clear system requirements and assist in designing effective solutions. You will work with clients, analysts, developers, and internal teams to support testing, implementation, and ongoing improvements of our technology for secure, user-focused payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate with clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and UML for process flows.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset; able to learn new systems and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements by gathering and analysing client information.
• Contribute accurate business specifications, process flows, screen definitions, and implementation requirements.
• Support system testing and validate functionality; help resolve issues before deployment or user launch.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with application standards and security requirements.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders to support on-time delivery.
