Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a Business Analyst in Metro Manila to bridge business and IT teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into system designs, and ensure solutions meet approved business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors stakeholder engagement in defining requirements.
• Assists the Project Manager in facilitating discussions with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and goals.
• Performs prototyping to create visual representations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepares BRD capturing business requirements and new business process flows.
• Acts as conduit between DSG Infrastructure and Operations, Bank units, and outsourced providers to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Manages and tracks change requests; endorses CRs for testing to Production Support and QA.
• Provides assistance and walkthroughs for Production Support/QA during testing.
• Prepares periodic project status reports on progress, risks, deadlines, and resources.
• Manages functional capacity including vendor relationships and demand inflow consolidation.
