Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a proactive professional to own bus booking and GPS product features from planning to execution. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering reliable solutions for passengers and operators.

You will lead a service and support team, manage fleet operations, and drive continuous improvements in GPS tracking and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in technical support or service management, preferably in vehicle telematics or GPS solutions.
• Proven track record of leading technical support teams.
• Strong understanding of vehicle telematics and GPS technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create or change UI/UX design according to market demand.
• Lead and manage the service and support team for vehicle telematics and GPS solutions.
• Handle fleet operations: KPI, transport, and information integration per client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous service improvements.
• Manage flow of services: fleet operations, energy consumption, and passenger movement from origin to destination.
• Monitor and analyze service metrics to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of product logistics to scale GPS and booking solutions.
• Coordinate with operations for timely weekly and monthly logistics and sales reports.
• Prepare management information reports to support strategic decisions.
• Personally resolve critical problems to meet contractual commitments and minimize impact.
• Implement health and safety procedures at all times.
