Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Team Leader to direct a high-performing team of logistics support specialists. You will oversee global supply chain activities, dispatch, and customer touchpoints, and drive seamless service delivery through real-time coaching.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a team leadership role within BPO, shared services, or 3PL, strong English communication, and a solid background in logistics platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO, shared services, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, supply chain management, tracking systems, or dispatch).
• Proven track record of driving frontline teams to meet strict operational metrics, SLA benchmarks, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for handling client escalations and cross-border operations.
• Strong analytical background with experience using logistics platforms, ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and operational dashboards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including night shifts or rotating rosters) to support international logistics accounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a logistics support team to ensure service delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency across global supply chain, dispatch, and customer touchpoints.
• Track strict delivery and service metrics and maintain client compliance.
• Foster a high-accountability culture through coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-border operations and manage escalations.
