The role involves researching and updating contact details for thousands of records, tagging contacts, and ensuring data quality. You will monitor auto replies, update records, and collaborate with client teams in a remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry, lead research, or CRM admin experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Good written English to understand job titles and email formats.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient in web research using LinkedIn, company sites, directories.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain tagging consistency.
• High integrity when handling business data.

Responsibilities

• Review and clean Bullhorn CRM data for thousands of company records.
• Identify missing contact details and add new contacts with titles, emails, and locations.
• Tag records accurately according to client categories and workflows.
• Research and identify relevant decision-makers and verify emails.
• Monitor marketing emails for out-of-office replies and update records accordingly.
• Collaborate with client teams and report progress on added/updated contacts.
