Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a UK-based recruitment business. You will update thousands of company records in Bullhorn, verify contacts, and tag entries with the correct categories.

This full-time, work-from-home role focuses on data accuracy and CRM hygiene while maintaining lines of communication with the client. You will also monitor auto-replies, identify replacement contacts, and enrich records with strategic contacts, ensuring high data quality and

Qualifications

Proven data entry, lead generation, research, or CRM administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
Good written English; able to understand job titles and email formats.
Comfortable handling large volumes of records (thousands).

Responsibilities

Manage CRM data in Bullhorn, review records, fill missing contacts, and tag data accurately.
Research and identify decision-makers for each company and verify emails.
Monitor inbox auto-replies to update records and capture alternative contacts.
Maintain data quality, standardize entries, and ensure consistency across the CRM.
Collaborate with client teams to follow tagging logic and report progress.
