Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy rates and maintain a pipeline of potential tenants through effective marketing and communication.
• Assist in development, organization and execution of marketing materials and sales strategies.
• Meet daily with potential tenants to promote building spaces and provide information and documentation.
• Ensure the building is safe, clean and functioning while maintaining tenant relationships.
• Coordinate weekly inspections and upkeep with maintenance personnel; support building administration.
• Provide proactive recommendations to management regarding building administration and utilities.
• Conduct client visits and meetings to maintain good working relationships and address client needs.
