Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial systems. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installations while following defined procedures under supervision.

Requirements include 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
